Application tips and recruiting process

Have you found a job that appeals to you? Before you start with your application, we have a few tips and tricks for your application. Have fun clicking through!

Your resume

Before you upload your CV, read over it again. Do your listed activities match the advertised position? It is always worthwhile to formulate your previous activities in such a way that they are relevant to the new activities. This way, recruiters can see at first glance that you have dealt with the position and why your skills fit the job. You can also show your resume to your friends and get feedback on whether your resume is self-explanatory and why you are suitable for the job.

The cover letter aka letter of motivation

We deliberately refrain from requiring a cover letter from you. This is because we want to make your application as easy as possible. Nevertheless, it will help us if you write a few sentences about yourself. Here are a few examples:

  • Who are you?
  • What makes you special?
  • Why do you find the position interesting?
  • When would you be ready to start?
  • And what do you like to do in your free time?

The application process

What happens after you have sent your application?

  1. First, we confirm that we have received your application.
  2. After 5 days at the latest, you will receive an initial response from us.
  3. If we invite you to a (digital) first meeting, you will receive an invitation with appointment options. The first interview will take place with a person from the People and Culture department and the Hiring Manager from the specialist department.
  4. We had a really good first interview? Then you will receive an invitation to the second interview here in our office within 2 days. During this interview, you will also get to know other potential colleagues.
  5. Shortly after the second interview, you will hear back from us very quickly. Either with an offer or with very detailed feedback on why there was no spark between us.
